Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at The Blossoms for the past year, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. My mother enjoys the activities and the social interaction with other residents. I would recommend The Blossoms to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I was very impressed with The Blossoms from the moment I walked in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the facility was beautiful. My grandmother has been living here for a few months now, and she seems to be thriving. She's made new friends, enjoys the activities, and seems happy and content. I'm so grateful for the wonderful care she's receiving at The Blossoms.

The Blossoms is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is generally friendly, but sometimes I feel like my father isn't getting the attention he needs. The food is okay, but I've had some complaints about the quality. Overall, I'm not unhappy with The Blossoms, but I'm not entirely satisfied either.
