Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation are incredibly caring and compassionate. They treated my mother with respect and dignity, and she made great progress during her stay. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

The therapy program here is excellent. My husband received individualized attention and made significant improvements. The therapists are knowledgeable and really motivated him to reach his goals.

The facility itself is clean and comfortable, but the food could be better. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but there are times when communication could be improved.
