Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Windsor El Camino Care Center for the past year, and we've been incredibly happy with the care she's received. The staff is caring and attentive, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a supportive and loving environment for their loved ones.

I was so impressed with the level of care and attention my grandmother received at Windsor El Camino Care Center. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. I loved seeing her participate in the many activities they offered, and she always seemed happy and engaged. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind this center provided us.

Windsor El Camino Care Center is a decent facility, but I wish there were more opportunities for residents to interact with the outside community. The staff is friendly, and the food is good, but I think they could do more to encourage resident engagement and outings.
