Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Hayward Gardens Post Acute are incredibly kind and compassionate. They always go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for post-acute care.

My experience with Hayward Gardens Post Acute was mixed. While the staff was generally helpful, there were times when communication could have been better. The facility itself was adequate, but some of the amenities could use updating. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to others.
