Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother received excellent care at Granada Post Acute. The staff was very attentive and caring, and they kept us informed about her progress. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing care.

Granada Post Acute was okay. The staff was friendly enough, but the facility itself felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The therapy services were good, but I felt like there could have been more activities offered for residents.

I was so impressed with the level of care and attention my mother received at Granada Post Acute. The nurses and aides were incredibly kind and compassionate, and they always went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. The facility was clean and inviting, and I felt confident that my mother was in good hands.
