Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was really impressed with the care my grandmother received at Boulder Post Acute. The staff was so attentive and compassionate, and they really helped her get back on her feet after her surgery. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for post-acute care.

The rehab services at Boulder Post Acute were top-notch. My dad made great progress with his physical therapy, and the therapists were very patient and encouraging. The facility itself was also very clean and comfortable.

While the staff at Boulder Post Acute was friendly and helpful, I did find the communication with the doctors to be a bit lacking. It would have been nice to have more regular updates on my mother's progress.
