Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Torrington Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation LLC are truly amazing! They are so caring and attentive to my grandmother's needs. She has been living there for a few months now and we are so happy with the level of care she is receiving. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

My mom has been at Torrington Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation LLC for a few years now, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she receives. The staff is always so kind and compassionate, and they really go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and happy. They are always willing to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we have. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful facility for our mom.

While the staff at Torrington Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation LLC are friendly and helpful, the facility itself is a bit outdated. The rooms are small and could use some updating. However, the care my aunt is receiving is good, and she is happy there. We wish the facility was a bit more modern, but overall, it is a decent place to receive care.
