Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Westside Oaks for a few months now, and we've been very impressed with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her engaged and active. I highly recommend Westside Oaks.

I found the staff at Westside Oaks to be very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well-maintained, but I did find that the food could be more appealing. The activities program was decent, but could use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I'm sure there are better options out there.
