Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Bria of Alton for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The community itself is very well-maintained and offers a wide range of activities for residents to enjoy.

Bria of Alton has been a lifesaver for our family. My father was hesitant to move into a senior living community, but he has been thriving at Bria. The staff has been amazing, and he is always engaged in activities and making new friends. We can't recommend Bria of Alton enough.
