Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Helia Healthcare for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they have made her feel right at home. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would definitely recommend Helia Healthcare to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility for their loved one.

The staff at Helia Healthcare is amazing! They are so caring and compassionate, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and well cared for. I am so grateful for the level of care my mother has received at this facility. I highly recommend Helia Healthcare to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved one.

Helia Healthcare is a decent facility, but I have had some concerns about the communication between staff and families. I would like to see more transparency and open communication about my father's care plan. Overall, I am happy with the level of care he is receiving, but I think there is room for improvement in communication.
