Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Waters of Chesterfield for a few months now and we are so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they really seem to care about her well-being. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing care.

The staff at Waters of Chesterfield is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been some communication issues at times. The activities offered are pretty basic, but my mom enjoys participating in them. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I think there's room for improvement.
