Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I love living at Lutheran Life Villages! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the community is very welcoming. There are always so many activities going on, and I've made many new friends. I feel very safe and secure here.

This is the best place I could have chosen for my parents. The staff is so attentive and caring, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my parents are happy and healthy. The community is also very active, which keeps my parents engaged and social.

The food is good, but the dining options are a bit limited. The apartments are nice, but the common areas could use some updating. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but it's not perfect.
