Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Covered Bridge Health Campus for a few months now, and I am so grateful for the wonderful care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and happy. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep her engaged and social. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved one.

I was hesitant to move my mother into a senior living community, but Covered Bridge Health Campus has exceeded my expectations. The staff is truly dedicated to providing excellent care, and they have a genuine passion for helping seniors. My mother has made many new friends and enjoys participating in the various activities offered. The food is delicious, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming. I am so happy we chose this facility for my mother.

Covered Bridge Health Campus is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been times when I felt like my father wasn't getting the attention he needed. The activities are okay, but they could be more diverse and engaging. Overall, it's a good option for those who need assisted living, but I'm not sure if I would recommend it for long-term care.
