Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My parents have been living at Copper Trace for a few months now, and we're so happy with their experience. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and the community is vibrant and welcoming. My parents have made new friends and enjoy the many activities and social events. The food is also excellent!

Copper Trace has exceeded our expectations! My grandmother was hesitant about moving to a senior living community, but she has truly blossomed here. The staff is amazing, and the community offers a wide range of services and amenities that keep her engaged and happy. We highly recommend Copper Trace to anyone looking for a great senior living option.

While the staff is generally kind and helpful, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. The community itself is clean and well-maintained, but the activities could be more varied. Overall, it's a decent option, but I wish there were more opportunities for social interaction.
