Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. The facility itself is lovely and well-maintained. However, I've found the communication with the staff to be inconsistent, and there have been a few instances where my loved one's needs haven't been met promptly. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement.
