Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Alden Court for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We would definitely recommend Alden Court to anyone looking for quality nursing care.

Alden Court is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff are generally nice, but there's a bit of a communication issue at times. The food is okay, but not great. Overall, it's a satisfactory option, but I'm not sure if it's the best choice for someone who requires a lot of specialized care.
