Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Riverbend Heights for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is always kind and attentive, and they really seem to care about the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually quite good. I would recommend Riverbend Heights to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

The staff at Riverbend Heights are great. They are patient and understanding with my mom, who has dementia. The activities are good, but I wish there were more options. The facility itself could use a little updating, but overall it's a good place for my mom.

I was so relieved to find Riverbend Heights for my father. He was recovering from a stroke, and they were so helpful in getting him back on his feet. The therapists are excellent, and they really worked with him to improve his mobility. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation care.
