Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Wallace for a few months now and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Wallace to anyone looking for a quality rehabilitation and healthcare center.

The therapists at Wallace are fantastic! They have helped my father regain his mobility and strength after his stroke. The facility is also very comfortable and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and well-cared for.

Wallace is a decent facility, but I wish there were more activities and social events for residents. The food is also pretty bland, but I'm sure it's nutritious.
