Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Hanover Terrace is incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother is comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

My grandfather has been living at Hanover Terrace for a few months now, and we're very impressed with the care he's receiving. The nurses and aides are very responsive to his needs, and he's made good progress with his rehabilitation. The food is also excellent, and there's a variety of activities to keep him engaged.

Hanover Terrace is a decent facility, but I have some concerns about the communication between staff and families. It can be difficult to get updates on our loved one's condition. However, the care itself seems to be adequate.
