Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Spring Grove for a few months now and I'm really happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always keep me informed of her progress. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in.

I can't say enough good things about Spring Grove. My dad was hesitant about moving into a care facility, but the staff made him feel right at home. They are so patient and understanding, and they really go above and beyond to make sure he's happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Spring Grove to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The care at Spring Grove is decent, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of attention my grandmother receives. Some staff members are excellent, while others seem less engaged. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I wish there was more consistency in the quality of care.
