Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother received excellent care at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. The staff was kind and attentive, and they always made sure she was comfortable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this center to others.

I was very impressed with the level of care provided at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. My mother received exceptional therapy, which helped her regain her mobility after a fall. The therapists were highly skilled and compassionate. I felt confident that she was in good hands.

The staff at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is friendly and helpful, but there have been some communication issues at times. The food could also be improved, but overall, I am satisfied with the care my father has received.
