My grandmother has been at Emerald Peak for a few months now and we are so happy with her care. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they truly make her feel like she is part of their family. Emerald Peak is a wonderful place. The staff is incredibly caring and compassionate. They really go above and beyond to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy. The food is good and there are always activities going on to keep her engaged. I am so grateful for the care she is receiving at Emerald Peak.

While the staff at Emerald Peak are kind and helpful, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. There have been times when my father has had to wait longer than usual for assistance, and there have been some communication issues. Overall, it is a decent facility, but there is room for improvement.
