Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Wright Rehabilitation for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's received. The staff is wonderful, always attentive and compassionate. The facility itself is clean and comfortable, and the activities they offer keep her engaged. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the level of care at Wright Rehabilitation. The therapists were very skilled and helped my father make significant progress with his recovery. The staff was friendly and supportive, always going the extra mile to ensure my father's comfort and well-being. I felt confident leaving him in their care.

The staff at Wright Rehabilitation is generally good, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the care my aunt has received, but I wish there was more transparency about the daily activities and progress reports.
