Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was so impressed with the care my grandmother received at Sycamore Run. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Sycamore Run went above and beyond to make sure my father was comfortable and well-cared for. They helped him regain his strength and mobility after his surgery, and he was so happy to be there.

The staff at Sycamore Run was friendly and helpful, but I found the food to be a bit bland. Overall, I was satisfied with the care my aunt received, but I think there is room for improvement in the food department.
