Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Seasons Nursing and Rehab for a few months now and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer are great for keeping residents engaged.

Seasons Nursing and Rehab is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The food is okay, but not always the best. Some of the staff are great, but others seem a little overwhelmed. Overall, it's a good place, but it's not perfect.

I can't say enough good things about Seasons Nursing and Rehab. They truly care about their residents and their well-being. My dad has been there for a while now and he's thriving! He's making new friends, participating in activities, and his overall health has improved.
