River Ridge also offers a wide variety of activities and programs to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being, ensuring they can live a fulfilling and meaningful life....
Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at River Ridge for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

River Ridge has been a godsend for our family. My father was recovering from a stroke, and the therapists at River Ridge helped him regain his mobility and strength. He's doing so much better now, and we're incredibly grateful for their expertise and support.

The care at River Ridge is decent, but the communication could be better. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with the staff, and there's not always enough information about what's going on with my grandmother's care.
