Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

While the care at Castle Pines Health and Rehabilitation is good, I find the communication with the staff to be a bit lacking. It would be helpful to have more frequent updates on my loved one's progress and any concerns. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement in communication.

Castle Pines Health and Rehabilitation exceeded our expectations! The facility is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly attentive and caring. My grandmother has made significant progress in her recovery thanks to the personalized care she received. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise.
