Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

Tuscany Village has been a wonderful home for my grandmother. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and the community feels warm and welcoming. The activities are engaging, and there's always something to do, whether it's a craft class or a movie night. I highly recommend Tuscany Village to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Tuscany Village is a decent community, but there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness from staff. The amenities are good, and the location is convenient. However, I've found the level of care to be inconsistent. Overall, it's a mixed bag.
