Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been living at The Haven at Brandermill Woods for a few months now, and we are so happy with her care. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my mom is happy and comfortable. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on. I would highly recommend The Haven at Brandermill Woods to anyone looking for a great assisted living community.

I have been very impressed with The Haven at Brandermill Woods. The staff is incredibly caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. The community is clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. My only complaint is that the activities could be a bit more varied, but overall, I am very happy with the care my father is receiving here.

The Haven at Brandermill Woods is a decent assisted living community. The staff is friendly, but there is a lot of turnover, which can make it hard to build relationships. The activities are okay, but I wish there were more options for residents with dementia. The food is good, but sometimes it can be a little bland. Overall, it's a good community, but I think it could be even better.
