Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Civic Center for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

The staff at Civic Center are great, but the facility itself could use some updating. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the common areas could be more inviting. However, the care my father is receiving is good, and the nurses and therapists are all very professional.

We were so relieved to find Civic Center for our grandfather. He was having trouble recovering after his surgery, and they have been instrumental in getting him back on his feet. The therapists are amazing, and they have really helped him regain his strength and mobility.
