Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation are so kind and caring! They really go above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this place.

I was so impressed with the level of care my dad received at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation. The therapists were amazing, and they really helped him get back on his feet after his surgery. The facility is beautiful and feels like a home, not a hospital.

While the staff at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation are friendly and helpful, I found the communication between the facility and family members to be lacking. I would have appreciated more updates and involvement in my grandmother's care plan.
