Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Cloverdale for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I highly recommend Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. My mother was recovering from a stroke, and the therapists and nurses did an amazing job helping her regain her strength and mobility. The staff is very compassionate and supportive, and they made a difficult time much easier.

Overall, Cloverdale is a decent facility, but there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness. The staff seems overworked at times, but they are generally friendly and helpful.
