Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at Mountain Meadows for a few months now, and we've been very impressed with the care she receives. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer keep her engaged and active.

I can't say enough good things about Mountain Meadows! After my accident, I needed a place to recover and get back on my feet, and they were absolutely incredible. The therapists were so helpful and supportive, and the nurses were always there to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation or long-term care.
