Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was worried about my mother's recovery after her surgery, but the staff at Highlands of Bella Vista were so attentive and caring. They helped her regain her strength and independence, and she's now back home doing great. I highly recommend this facility.

This place is a true gem! My grandfather was living here for a while, and the staff made him feel so comfortable and loved. They even helped him with his hobbies, like gardening, which made him so happy. The facilities are also very clean and well-maintained.

The care is good, but the communication with families could be better. Sometimes it's hard to get updates on my loved one's progress.
