Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Oak Manor for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always make sure she's comfortable and well cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and they have a lot of activities to keep residents engaged.

Oak Manor is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been a few instances where communication wasn't as good as it could be. The food is also pretty bland, and there's not a lot of variety.

I can't say enough good things about Oak Manor! They truly went above and beyond to make my father's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The staff is incredible, and the care they provide is top-notch. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing care.
