Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was so impressed with the care my mother received at Brookridge Cove. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Brookridge Cove has been a lifesaver for our family. My father has been recovering from a stroke, and the therapists have done an amazing job helping him regain his strength and mobility. The staff is always patient and helpful, and they really make him feel like he's part of the family.

The care at Brookridge Cove is good, but there have been some occasional communication issues. I wish there was a bit more transparency when it comes to the daily activities and schedules. Overall, I think it's a decent place, but there's room for improvement.
