Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The location of Mirabella at ASU is unbeatable! Being right on campus gives me access to so many cultural events, lectures, and workshops. I've even taken a few classes myself! The dining is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. The only downside is that the monthly fees are on the higher end.

Mirabella at ASU offers a good mix of amenities and services. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the social programs are varied and engaging. However, the living spaces are a bit smaller than I expected, and I wish there were more opportunities for quiet relaxation. Overall, it's a decent community, but not perfect.
