Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother received excellent care at Siena. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they always went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the food was surprisingly good. I highly recommend Siena to anyone seeking compassionate and quality care for their loved ones.

Siena is a truly remarkable place. My father received exceptional care here after his surgery. The therapists were highly skilled and dedicated to helping him regain his strength and mobility. The staff was incredibly supportive and caring, and they made his recovery journey much smoother. I am so grateful for the level of care and attention he received at Siena.

While the care at Siena is generally good, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. It's important to stay proactive and advocate for your loved one's needs. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement in communication and responsiveness.
