Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Delano District is fantastic! They are so kind and attentive to my grandmother's needs. She's been living here for a few months now and she's really happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her engaged. I highly recommend Delano District to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

The facility itself is nice, but there have been a few issues with communication. It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the staff and get updates on my father's care. Overall, though, the staff are friendly and do their best to provide good care.

My mother has been thriving at Delano District. The staff is incredibly compassionate and provides her with the personalized care she needs. She enjoys the activities and the food is excellent. It's a relief to know she's in such good hands.
