Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at El Centro Post-Acute Care were so kind and patient with my grandmother during her recovery. They made sure she was comfortable and provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My dad was able to make a great recovery at El Centro Post-Acute Care. The therapists were amazing and really helped him regain his strength. The food was also surprisingly good!

The care at El Centro Post-Acute Care was decent, but I did have some concerns about the communication between staff and family members. I wish there was a bit more transparency.
