Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother received excellent care at the Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality transitional care.

I was very impressed with the level of care and support provided by the Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit. The therapists were very skilled and helped me regain my strength and mobility after my surgery. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit is a decent facility, but I did have some issues with communication at times. Overall, I would say the care was good, but there were some areas where they could improve.
