Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Rinaldi for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The activities program is also great, keeping her engaged and active. We would highly recommend Rinaldi to anyone looking for a good convalescent hospital.

I was so impressed with the level of care at Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital. The nurses and aides were incredibly kind and compassionate, and they always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also surprisingly good, which is something I didn't expect from a convalescent hospital. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of care.

While the staff at Rinaldi is generally friendly and competent, I did have some issues with the communication between the different departments. There were a few times when I felt like my requests weren't being heard, and I had to advocate for myself. However, overall, I felt like I was receiving good care.
