Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Meadowbrook Post Acute were truly amazing. They were so patient and caring with my grandmother, who was recovering from a hip fracture. They helped her regain her strength and mobility, and she was able to go home sooner than expected. I highly recommend this facility!

I was very impressed with the level of care my father received at Meadowbrook Post Acute. The nurses and therapists were very professional and attentive to his needs. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for post-acute care.

Meadowbrook Post Acute was okay, but I felt like the communication between the staff and my mother's family could have been better. It was sometimes difficult to get updates on her progress, and I had to call several times to get information. Overall, the care she received was decent, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to others.
