Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at View Heights is so kind and caring. They really go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother is comfortable and well cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this place!

I was worried about placing my father in a nursing home, but View Heights has been an absolute blessing. They've helped him regain his strength after his surgery and have made the transition into this new stage of life much easier for him. The therapists are fantastic, and the nurses are always responsive to his needs. I feel confident leaving him in their care.

View Heights is okay, but it could be better. The staff is friendly, but sometimes it's hard to get their attention when you need something. The food is pretty bland, and there isn't a lot of variety. The facility itself is clean and well-kept, but there's not a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.
