Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Madera Rehabilitation & Nursing Center are truly amazing. They are so kind, patient, and always willing to help. My grandmother has been a resident here for a few months now and she is thriving. She is always happy and engaged in the activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

My mother was in need of rehabilitation after a recent surgery, and we were so fortunate to find Madera Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The therapists were fantastic and helped her regain her strength and mobility. The staff was so attentive and caring, always going above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well-taken care of. We are so grateful for the care she received at this facility.

The facilities at Madera Rehabilitation & Nursing Center are clean and comfortable. The food is decent, but could be more varied. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been some instances where communication could have been better. Overall, it's a good facility, but I wish there were more opportunities for residents to engage in social activities.
