Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was so impressed with the level of care my mother received at Moraga Post Acute. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Moraga Post Acute to anyone looking for a high-quality post-acute care facility.

My grandmother was recovering from a hip fracture and needed some time at a rehab facility. We chose Moraga Post Acute because of its excellent reputation and the positive reviews we read online. The therapists were amazing, and my grandmother made significant progress during her stay. The only downside was that the social activities could have been a bit more engaging, but overall, we were very happy with the care she received.

The staff at Moraga Post Acute were friendly and helpful, but I felt the facility could be a bit more modern. The rooms were comfortable, but the common areas felt a little outdated. The food was decent, but I would have liked to see more variety. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price.
