Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The Meadows Post Acute provided excellent care for my grandmother during her recovery. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I was impressed with the level of care and expertise at The Meadows Post Acute. The therapists were highly skilled and helped me regain my mobility after my surgery. The staff was friendly and supportive, making my stay as comfortable as possible.

The Meadows Post Acute was okay. The staff was nice, but I felt like there could have been more attention to detail in terms of my care plan. The food wasn't the best either.
