Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother received excellent care at Hillcrest Post Acute. The staff was incredibly attentive and compassionate, and they always made sure she felt comfortable and well-cared for. The therapists were skilled and helped her regain her strength and mobility. I highly recommend this facility.

Hillcrest Post Acute is a true gem. The facility is clean and inviting, and the staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my father's well-being and helped him regain his independence. I am so grateful for the care he received here.

While the staff at Hillcrest was friendly and helpful, I found the communication regarding my grandmother's care to be lacking at times. There were also occasional delays in getting her medications. However, overall, the facility provided adequate care.
