Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Casa Bonita is truly amazing. They are so kind and caring, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother is comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually quite good. I would definitely recommend Casa Bonita to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

Casa Bonita is okay. The staff is friendly enough, and the facility is clean. However, I have found the communication to be lacking at times. It's hard to get in touch with someone when you have a question or concern. The food could also be better, but overall it's a decent place.
