Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Victorian Post Acute were so kind and caring. They really helped my grandmother recover from her surgery. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend it.

I was impressed by the level of care and professionalism at Victorian Post Acute. The therapists were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me back on my feet after my accident. The facility itself was well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Victorian Post Acute is okay. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a bit cramped and outdated. The food could have been better too. Overall, it's a decent option but not the best I've seen.
